Challenge

In 2021, Stoke partnered with FranklinCovey to refresh the company’s brand. The new visual identity and message framework were unveiled to FranklinCovey employees at an internal launch event in January 2022 — and now it was time to introduce the new FranklinCovey to key industry leaders and decision-makers at the Association of Training and Development (ATD) conference in Orlando, FL. FranklinCovey needed a dynamic booth experience that would invite attendees in, while quickly and effectively sharing the latest with this critical audience.

Strategy

Stoke worked with FranklinCovey to design a booth experience that showcased the new visual identity, including a new logo mark and its brand vision: to be the most trusted leadership company in the world. The team also wanted to highlight the powerful black-and-white photo portraits used in the campaign — images that subtly introduced the brand’s guiding principles:

Impact

Stoke created an award-winning booth display to unveil the new FranklinCovey brand at ATD Orlando. The booth experience also included interactive elements, including a chance for conference attendees to win a “Hybrid Work Greatness Pack” — a colorful Cotopaxi backpack filled with items that make remote and hybrid work easier and more fun.

The conference organizers recognized the FranklinCovey booth as the “Island Booth Award Winner.”
