Strategy

With an expedited timeline, the Stoke team had to get creative in order to produce a premiere event. Content developers, video editors, and project managers collaborated with RingCentral stakeholders to determine a clear message and supplemental assets. This included not only organic and internal promotion but also third-party advertising, which Stoke facilitated.

RingCentral’s launch event boasted more registrants and attendees than any other event in company history. News coverage, including feature stories from Yahoo! Finance and No Jitter, propelled the announcement to a wider market, and with bespoke collection sales collateral (also created by Stoke), RingCentral was well positioned to go after high-quality leads.
